Mas de Flory Bed & Breakfast is situated on the edge of a small village with a bar, shop, post office and auberge, and is surrounded by lovely countryside with peaceful, far-reaching views.
There are five very comfortable, double en-suite bedrooms which we offer for bed and breakfast, with optional evening meal, throughout the year.
We are in a beautiful and unspoilt area of France - the Lot is one of the largest and least populated departments.

“A Rural Paradise”
If you are looking for a peaceful rural base from which to explore the Lot and Dordogne or just looking for a little solitude during a busy trip, you can't do any better than Mas de Flory. Off the beaten track but with plenty to see not far away and lots of cycling options for the young and young at heart. Let John be your cycling guide and be sure to take advantage of Aileen's great food. Or, just meander around the scenic countryside by car or on foot. For star gazers, all I can say is WOW! I've seen many great night skies but never like what I saw one starry night from the deck at Mas de Flory. Thank you John & Aileen for sharing your home and your passion for this remarkable bit of France.

“Everything we hoped for and more”
John & Aileen were wonderful hosts for our Easter weekend stay at Mas de Flory, well situated in a lovely village in the scenic Lot Valley. Aileen's cooking and the very tasty local wine would be reason enough to stay but together with excellent cycling along John's beautiful & well-planned routes, you can enjoy the delicious evening meals even more. The guest rooms, in the lovely converted barn, were extremely comfortable and tastefully decorated, with a lovely outside seating area on the deck. This is a perfect base for touring the Lot & Dordogne valleys, whether by bicycle or other mode of transport.

"A little bit of French heaven"
Far from the madding crowd yet convenient to visit some of France's loveliest attractions. The simple but extremely comfortable rooms are housed in a gorgeous converted barn. It would be an awesome location for a group or family reunion. Foodie hosts John and Aileen gave us "insider information" on the best wineries and markets as well as scenic routes to get to local attractions such as Rocamadour and St Cirq Lapopie. At night, we walked out onto the barn's patio and saw a night sky unpolluted by light; I never knew there were so many stars up there. We will be back for sure.

First time here but no way the last! Aileen's food superb. The wine tour most informative and memorable. A truly wonderful experience, thank you.
